Best dry cleaners around. I've had zero problems and I've been going here for years. Fast, reasonably priced, and the staff are great. There are only two real flaws in my opinion; environmental impact and technology modernization. The plastic they cover shirts and pants in isn't environmentally safe and I don't believe the hangars are either. I find that very annoying and in poor taste. As for the technology, you have the same system in place that was installed in the 1980s. It's simply too sated and that can complicate finding items, having different accounts at the same address, etc.
The place ruined a $700 plus winter coat. The owner has not been proactive regarding the resolution at all - it's always me to call him asking for the remedy process never the other way around. It's been several months since the incidence. Now the owner claims that it's something wrong with the material not their fault. I may just have to go through the small claim court.
I love this cleaners because it is no hassle and the employees are very professional and kind.
