They have good quality things but they are too expensive
I went to buy a dryer and they assumed I was there to rent and wanted me fill out tons of paperwork including Ssn .i told I never will give that for buying something! The music was too loud ! We set up delivery for next day and did not come I called and said where is my dryer they had no record of my purchase I went in person and they your here to make a payment is aid what are talking about ! The supervisor refused to come out to help! Awful service nevergo back!
These are rent to own. At any point you can return the product. Do not let them bully you into paying for sub part out dated products. Do your research. Some people get excited or desperate to replace or get a new product. Warning read the contract before you sign. They will stuff you in a 2 year lease and when all said and done you will pay more then double. You have been warned!

Horrible customer service. Had my merchandise for 7 months never missed or was late on a payment. The first time im late i get threatening phone calls and voice messages. The manager is degrading, rude, and highly disrespectful. Your better off saving and buying from anybody but them.
