The staff was professional and helpful. The seem to really like what they do. I only needed to have one eye done. The process was easy and fast. Recovery was also easy and fast. Needing to have only one eye done meant I could use the other eye after the procedure although I was seeing fairly clearly the day after. Easier then a trip to the dentist.
The folks at LasikPlus Hartford made things as easy as possible from start to finish. The customary consultation was free of charge, and I was able to set up an appointment for the actual surgery--which was painless and only took about 15 minutes--less than a week later. The staff made setting up the surgery very easy, and they gave a comprehensive account of each part of the process before and after the day I had the surgery. I now have 20/20 vision and can't thank them enough!
