I've been going to Rick's Auto Repair for over 20 years and am still pleased with the service. It's great to have a trustworthy place to take my car because I know nothing about auto repair.
Rick's Auto Repair did it again! Brought my car in for an oil change and a total check-over before going into the ever-so-exciting (lol) winter season. Well, they did the oil change, checked the battery, checked everything you can think of with an auto and only charged me $32.00. What can you get for $32.00 nowadays? What a very small price to pay for peace of mind. The folks at Rick's are the most honest business people I know. They said my car was in great shape and only needed an oil change and air in my tires. I trust these folks so much that I would be totally lost without them. They are the very best!
I have been bringing my car to Rick's since I moved to Northampton 6 years ago. Michelle is friendly and helpful. Rick is competent and whatever service I have needed has been done quickly and efficiently. I have never felt like I was overcharged and have always felt like their goal is to keep me happy and coming back. And I will.
Rick is the best! He was able to fix my struts for cheaper than I had been quoted for at another place and he did more work! This was the second time I've had to come to him and I can already tell I'll keep coming back!
