1 star because is not option for 0 terrible custumer service
This bank just cheated me out of $45 for a fee for returning a wire that was correctly sent. Absolutely ridiculous. And then I tried to resolve it with them and they refused to help. They should be fined and put out of business for cheating customers. Never do business with BofA! I'd give them a zero stars if I could.
If zero was an option that's what I would have given them. I open two business account and needed two different change bags and the teller gave me a hard time just to give me two bags. I am making a deposite into my own account and I have to show my ID and the reason for that according to the teller is because my business account is small and for bigger business account you don't need to show ID. Wow.. call this same office and waited 17 minutes for the bank Manager and no one came on I had the hang up. Banking now a days is so difficult.
long waits, not enough staff drive thru always closed
truly a despicable bank. no regard for customer service and unwilling to accept responsibility for their consistently faulty ATM.
